I had to leave this place after a while of feeling like it was incredibly overpriced. The units are pretty nice, big units with solid amenities, but the benefits of the place stop there. Management and maintenance issues were common, rent and amenity fees went up without any noticable improvements in quality, package room was consistently a disaster. Apparently this place is rent controlled now so maybe it's better for current tenants, but I always found their practices to be shady so I'd beware. Wouldn't recommend.
