Building is in a good location in downtown Hoboken with convenient PATH access. Unit was quiet with no next door neighbor and only another 3 bedroom apartment across the hall. Throughout the 4 years there was minimal noise coming from upstairs neighbors and outside of the train station close by was a relatively quiet place to live. Management was always responsive to in-unit issues. However elevator problems persisted for 2 years. The unit is on the 8th floor however it sits above a garage so elevator problems leads to a 12/13 floor walk up. Overall a good spot, and would recommend to anyone searching in downtown Hoboken.

Location is great in downtown Hoboken close to bars, shops, etc. Walkable to PATH and train station for easy commute into NYC. Not car dependent but has parking available via shared public parking garage. Unit 811 is on the quieter side of the top floor with one direct neighbor. Being the top floor there is no noise issue. Overall positive experience.

Great location for someone just moving to downtown Hoboken. Close to the path and nj transit station. As for the building itself, elevators never worked.. I even got stuck in one of them. I lived in this unit for 4 years and the elevator situation was always a problem. Maintenance team was super friendly and helpful at all times as well. The unit is a corner unit so you only have a neighbor across from you and no one next door. With being super close to NJ transit station, you constantly hear the trains coming in and leaving which could be annoying. Additionally since the location is downtown and in a more lively area of Hoboken, you will always hear people outside and sirens throughout the day and night. I lived with 2 of my friends in our early twenties and we had the time of our lives despite the elevator problems and our rent next had a major increase throughout the years
