Beautiful pre-war unit with great natural light. Landlord is very friendly and helpful, and has kept the rent stable for 5+ years. The unit is in a great part of town with plenty of restaurants and shops around. The downsides include the occasional pest problem, lack of amenities, and the hot water runs out quickly in the colder months.
