I moved out a while ago but the greatest part about living here was the maintenance - every request was handled in a timely and professional manner. Isaac even helped me bring packages up on multiple occasions. Noise was an issue sometimes as the walls aren't super thick, but not too bad all in all. I also loved having the parking garage in the building - the valet staff there were fantastic. It wasn't cheap, but what could you expect for parking in Hoboken.
