This place is such a mixed bag. The units are nice and new, and the staff are great. Amenities are top notch. But it seems like something is always wrong with the building. Elevators are always going out, construction is seemingly always happening around you, parking rules change randomly, and the area is kind of sketch. You’re in this weird in between land where you’re not really in Hoboken and you’re not really in JC. If you’re alright just hanging around the complex and not going out much, this pace is great. But if you want regular, easy access to the happening spots of Hoboken/JC, it’s prob not the best for you.
