def avoid this place. lived here with friends for a bit and i wish i left sooner. so expensive and its crappy honestly like the walls are thin and the maintnenace is so bad...the laundry room is always a nightmare and the staff are so unhelpful its crazy. don't even get me started about the mice and yet somehow rent went up. literally the only good thing about this place is how close it is to the path and the downtown bars.
