Disclaimer - I lived here a while back so things may have changed since. But this place was alright. Definitely an older unit and the age shows. A lot of space. Being on street level can be noisy at times, and you sometimes deal with annoying people right outside your door/windows. No issues with the landlord or the neighbors. Best part about this place is the area - uptown Hoboken is the best.
