Nice, new building with great amenities. Units are well-built and noise from neighbors was rarely an issue. Pool is awesome in the summer, and the views are top notch. Surrounding area is eh. The building is kind of on the edge of a not-so-great area of Hoboken, and it isn't in a super walkable spot to get to the main parts of town. The elevators can take forever during busy times which can be annoying. I never found this to be an issue, but people have complained about the building allowing strangers to wander around the complex.
