Over 3 years of living there our rent increased by almost $1000/month. The units are a decent living space but the craftsmanship put into them is really bad. Washer and dryer are older than me and are tiny. The mailroom is a crime against humanity. The management team turned over 3 times in 3 years and currently there is no one in employed in the leasing office. The maintenance guys are very nice and fairly responsive. But their attention detail makes me think they are overworked. They leave messes behind them and had to cleanse walls and ceilings after their work because they didn't clean up after themselves. I wouldn't recommend staying here more than a year if you can. This is a poorly run corporate owned complex.
