Great apartment space with a large living area. The floor was quiet and not a lot of commotion. Management changed in the middle of our lease and when we got our lease renewal the rent spiked almost 10% and management didn’t allow for any negotiation. You do hear the cars driving on the 14th st overpass at night which can take a bit to get accustomed to. Otherwise, it is a prime location in uptown Hoboken with ability to walk anywhere, bus stops are close, farmers market is next door.
