I currently live here with my boyfriend and he’s been in this unit for 4+ years (I just moved in about 6 months ago). We are moving out in May to get more space with our dog, but otherwise we really love the building and it’s given us no issues. My only downside is while the location is great, right in the heart of downtown, that comes with some noise, interesting characters around the property at all times, etc. That seems to bother me a little more than my boyfriend but all that to say the building and apartment complex itself is perfectly lovely and all of that is outside their control. I will note it doesn’t really affect our day to day that much, but there does seem to always be at least one thing broken - whether it be an elevator that’s down and takes weeks to fix, or a broken door, hot tub is closed for maintenance, etc. Our unit itself has served us well and the maintenance team is quick and responsive. Overall I’d recommend living here if you want to be right in downtown Denver.
