Living at Zia feels like a hotel- I loved the community, all the amenities, the location, etc. My only negative feedback is the office management which can really take a toll on your living experience. It’s just something to keep an eye out on if you do plan to move to Zia. For example, I signed a lease after touring a unit, and when I went back for mandatory “orientation” they put me in a unit without a balcony. Not a huge deal, but just a bit confusing and the woman from the office goes “oh, there’s no balcony?” As we were in the living room. They also never gave me my security deposit back when I moved out and it took me months of asking where it is for them to tell me my apartment was so dirty they charged me hundreds in cleaning fees, and even attached photos of a seemingly spotless apartment. That whole situation really rubbed me the wrong way and while I enjoyed my year living in the space, I’d be wary to recommend moving in because of the shady behavior from management.
