Overall, this building was pretty solid. The doorman was always very polite which was a great touch and the building was kept in pretty good shape which I liked. The biggest downside were the windows in the units which were somewhat poorly made with little insulation to block out the street noise which could be very loud at times. For how much you pay for this building you'd expect better quality with things like that. Maintenance was great though and usually very responsive but they did like to play the blame game sometimes. The building is in a great location being so close to downtown and PATH.
