I lived in this affordable and spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath walk up apartment for 5 years. With amenities such as laundry in unit, a dishwasher, and central air; the space checked all of my boxes. With the landlord living 2 floors below, communication regarding any requests was quick and easy, with most problems solved within the hour. Although the kitchen and bathroom could use some updating, overall it was well worth the price point.
