Nice new-ish apartments, but you’re praying that nothing goes wrong… Like hot water being out for six weeks November to December, or an ant infestation, or mold growth in your bathroom because the fans don’t work. The landlords are trying to reap maximum cash for themselves by hiring discount property management. If Choice is still managing the property, run the other way. They will not notify you of health issues in the building, they will not fix anything that breaks, and they will hold your security deposit until you threaten legal action. Recommend having the health department’s email and phone saved if you live here.
